Assam chief minister Sarbanada Sonowal inaugurated Deepsikha’s Sishu Ashray Sthal a home for children suffering from cancer at Six Mile, Guwhati on 11 Feb 2018.
The facility will provide accommodation, food, education, transportation to and from hospitals,counselling and financial support to the children and parents during the course of treatment of cancer especially leukemia.
