SBI Funds Management Private Ltd company had sponsored Cardiac Ambulance for Deepsikha Navi Mumbai.
- The services of this Ambulance can also be used to transport terminally ill cancer patients from the hospital to their homes as many of them are not allowed to travel by air at certain stages of cancer.
- This would go a long way in fulfilling the last wish of a terminally ill patient to go back home.

SBI Funds Management CSR Support 2018-19
SBI Funds Management Pvt Ltd has approved Mobile Mammography Unit (Van) for Screening and early detection of Breast Cancer cases in Assam and rural interiors of Northeastern States.
The van has inaugurated by Hon’ble Minister for Health Shri Himanta Biswa Sarma on 25th November 2019 and Mr D.P Singh – ED & CMO SBIMF at Deepsikha’s Sishu Ashray Sthal, Six Mile Guwahati, Assam.
Mr Manjit Kalita – Regional Head Northeast and Guwahati office, Mr Manoj Sinha – Senior V.P and Zonal Head, Kolkata and staff of local SBIMF office too graced the occasion.

SBI Funds Management Pvt Ltd CSR Support 2017-18
Deepsikha’s Hope Express Mobile Cancer Screening Van is built with the aim of early detection of cancer and sponsored by SBI Funds Management Pvt Ltd.
The van is equipped with modern Digital X- Ray, Ultrasound system & suitable area for clinical examination by the doctors for cervical & Breast Cancer screening and was inaugurated by Ms Anuradha Rao, MD SBI Funds Management Pvt Ltd.
X-ray equipment will be useful to get digital images of Chest, head, Neck & other body parts. The images will be displayed on the Computed Radiography console for immediate diagnosis. As these images are in digital format they can be also sent to Radiologist using tele-rad system to get diagnostic report.
On the other hand Ultrasound equipment will be used by the doctors for screening the patients for Oral, neck, Breast, abdomen, cervical cancer.
This mobile van has appropriate power and air conditioning to ensure proper functioning of equipment & to provide comfort to the patients. It also has two 7.5 KVA generators built in to provide sufficient power for equipment, lights & AC systems for its operation in the remote areas.
SBI Funds Management donated a 43 seater Bus to Deepsikha Navi Mumbai in the year 2015
Daily patients along with their attendants travel comfortably from Vashi/Koperkhairane to Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel for their treatment.
Scorpio and Bolero Vehicles were also donated at Deepsikha’s Head Office in Guwahati, Assam in the year 2016. Both the Vehicles facilitate transport of cancer patients to different hospitals for their treatment. Patients are admitted at our Hospice in Mirza utilizing the vehicles.
